Do you offer discounts for extended stays or group bookings?We offer corporate discount rates and group booking discount rates.Please contact us to inquire.

What payment methods do you accept?We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?While no upfront deposit is required to secure your reservation, please note that an incidental deposit of $200 will be temporarily held on the credit card associated with your booking.

Do you allow walk-in bookings?At this time, we do not accept walk-in bookings. Please reserve your stay online at the-donclub.com or by calling us at 613-777-7830.

What time is check in / check out?Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out or early check-in may be requested for an additional fee of $20. All guests must be checked out by 12:00 p.m.

What is the check-in procedure? Is a contactless option available?We offer a contactless self-check-in process. You will receive your key codes via email on the morning of your check-in date.

Why choose The Don Club Bed and Breakfast?While our establishment may be intimate in size, our priority is fostering connections among our guests and with the local community. We strive to ensure that all our guests, whether local, interprovincial, national, or international, have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the community during their stay in Ottawa.

Are pets accepted?The Don Club B&B is not able to accommodate pets. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without a refund if this rule is broken. Please communicate with us in advance if you are bringing a service animal.

Are the rooms serviced daily?Complimentary room servicing is provided for stays exceeding three nights, upon explicit request. For stays of less than three nights, room refreshing services are available upon request for an additional fee of $15.

How does breakfast work?Breakfast service is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Are there kitchen facilities?Guests are welcome to prepare tea or coffee, access water, and heat their food in the microwave or store their lunches/dinners in the refrigerator. However, the use of the stove and oven is prohibited for guests.

ParkingThe Don Club B&B offers private on-site parking for an additional fee of $15 per day.

Do you offer an airport or train station shuttle service?Yes, we do! Please use the service add-on during your booking and email thedonclub@protonmail.com to confirm the time and location for your pick-up or drop off.

Is The Don Club B&B family-friendly?The Don Club B&B cannot accommodate children under 9 years of age. Parents/Guardians are required to provide legal documentation.

What is your smoking / vaping policy?The Don Club B&B has a NON SMOKING / VAPING policy within all rooms. Guests found to have smoked in the units will automatically incur a credit card charge of $200 followed by the cost incurred for any damage.

What is your cancellation policy?Any changes to bookings may be made 72 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 72 hour notice, The Don Club B&B reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the first nights accommodation. For no show/appearance, full accommodation charge will be deducted.

What is your payment policy?A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room.
